OPK tests all look the same

Hi, I have PCOS and just finished my second round of provera. I've been testing my ovulation with the easy @ home brand along with CBD tests. I've received 15 days of flashing smiles along with OPK lines that all look the same. I'm so confused and not sure what is going on

    I have heard that OpKs don't work if you have pcos, but I don't know too much about it am afraid, it's just what I have read from other ladies
