Advice please
Iv been trying for almost a year now but my period is 7days late and about 2_3 days late I got really werid shocking pains from my lower tummy into my tighs that woke me up and for the last two days iv been getting a sharp pain in my lower back on the right side only! 
I took two clear blue test they where both negative?

Could it have been ovulation pain?
I'm 7days late according to the my app that I have?
My last period was the 7th of December 2016 and it lasted for 5days
The apps only guesstimate when we ovulate. Stress can delay ovulation. Maybe wait a bit longer and try testing with a sensitive test... pink dye. After implantation it takes 4 days to register on a sensitive test x
Why is that the apps are a guesstimate because I rely on them? My period comes around the same time every month x.
