Trying to conceive

Myself and my partner have recently been put on the waiting list for icsi due to low sperm count, they were concerned as it was extremely low so my partner had to give an easy sample for storage as backup just incase there was issues nearer to treatment, his sample came back with no sperm found 😔 we were both quite upset! he is due to go back Tuesday to give another sample! Had anyone been in same situation?
