43 day cycle... advice please

Hi,

Been TTC for 4 months now with a 43 day cycle. I know it's still relatively early, but would you advise going to the doctors? What advice are they likely to give me at this stage? I have been tracking ovulation and I am ovulating around day 29. Just feels like forever to wait between cycles...

Any advice would be great - thanks!

    I could have written this myself!  My cycles seem to have gone longer since I has a MMC in August so I'm worried something is wrong. 

    I used to be every 35 days.

    Also, I tested positive for ovulation on day12 this time but here I am day 41, not pregnant but no period yet either.
