Brown and pink spotting instead of period?

I'm having brown and pink spotting instead of a period. Is this implantation bleeding? I've also been having cramps nausea fatigue and backaches. My period was supposed to start Monday and for 2 days I've only been having brown and pink spotting. should I take a  pregnancy test? DOes this sound like pregnancy? Thanks
