Help with contact??

i have stopped my sons dad from seeing him numerous times. He is no good for my son and he has done nothing to help. If I explained in detail you would understand why I have stopped this. I often sit there thinking he's better without him but Im scared of my son resenting me for it. I was wondering if anyone knew how I went about getting a court order to set day/time to see him and if breached contact stopped etc. any help?!?
