Speech, language problem
My 21 months old boy doesnt speak yet. He doesnt even say mama and dada and cant follow the simple instructions.

Does he bilingual or trilingual? That might make him a bit slower than others, my little one is 2.4yrs and start to speak what she needs but not as a sentence yet,I asked pedetrician when due to her developement check before,answer was it is totally normal that bi/tri lingual always have a slower speech than others,you can help by start to speak and let him look straight at your face,talk slower and open your mouth wider,hope it helps x
