Smep (sperm meets egg plan)

Hi ladies, 

I'm new to this group and not exactly sure how it works but I was wondering if any of you have tried the smep? I'm going to be starting it straight after AF. This will be my 3rd month trying after miscarriage in September at 14 weeks. I have two children already, daughter age 5 and son age 2 but I am so desperate for our 3rd especially after the miscarriage. Anyone who is doing the sperm meets egg plan, maybe we could keep updated together? I look forward to getting to know you all xx
