its difficult to advise as routines work differently for different people you need to find what works for you I've always had the following routine. Up about 6am breakfast then nap about 10 up about 12 lunch playtime tea about 4.30 bed about 6 but just because it works here doesn't mean it will for someone else. I think the key is to do things in a order that your lo knows what's next xxx
