Am I pregnant

Hey guys I'm so sorry if this post is silly but I'm 17 going on 18 soon and I think I may be pregnant! I have missed my period for this month and have had a few new feelings such as headaches more frequently than usual, feeling sick throughout the day but not actually being sick, I find myself going to the toilet more  (number 1s) number 2 not as much, when I eat I feel really hungry but can't eat a lot, I used to smoke but now even the smell disturbs me! I could be up to 8 weeks but what concerns me is my stomach is still really sort and doesn't feel like there's anything inside me? Is it worth taking a test?
