Bfp then symptoms stopping help!!!

I got a bro at 9dpo. I'm now 11dpo still bfp but symptoms are dropping my boobs are hardly hurting this morning aswell.
Normally they hurt till AF shows then stop after a day or two of AF.
Has anyone ever had the same and had a healthy pregnancy?
Please girls any help or stories would be greatly appreciated. I really can't be having another mmc

My symptoms went away at times during week 5 but they came back at odd times. Now 6weeks and nausea gets me more often, my boobs are hard and I don't really like them being touched as that makes me feel sick lol but my nipples aren't sore anymore and the pain isn't as bad.
I read it's the body adjusting to the hormones.
