Anxious after miscarriage

I am 22 years old and suffered a miscarriage 4 months ago. Prior to the miscarriage I went through a check up and was told I was perfectly fine. My husband got a girl pregnant in high school (she aborted it, he was sad) long before he met me so I don't think he's the problem. I have suffered from anxiety my whole life so I am in unable to relax or recover. I keep thinking there's something wrong with me and that I won't be able to have any kids. I work with kids. I absolutely love them. I do want to adopt as well but I wish to conceive too. I'm not sure what to do now so I turned to this site. Im afraid I can't conceive again and am so anxious that I can't relax and just let it happen. Please help if you have any advice

    Hi.

The first thing to do is relax a little. Stress is the natural repellent to have babies.

I recommend that you go to a specialist doctor. Do some fertility tests to leave doubts.

It is also recommended that your space go with you. A baby is a thing of two.

There are many fertility treatments that you can use. I recommend you research and find the one that best suits you.

Thank you very much!!! I actually found out that I wasn't 4 weeks pregnant recently šŸ˜‚ I'm still worried but I found a doctoe to prescribe me a pill that help me calm down but won't hurt the baby. its doing wonders! I'm not freaking out like I was last time
