Nut query???!!
Does eating a guliyan chocolate seashell really count as nut??!! I've just eaten 4 then realised they contain hazelnut.....is that bad?! too yummy to stop........

I also read some research saying since pregnant women were advised to avoid nuts there has been a massive increase in nut allergies because babies are not getting immunity to them in the womb.
By the way very jealous you have seashells, soooo yummy!!

I've read too to only aviod eating nuts if there is an allergy in the close family, so I'm sure you'll be ok with 4 guliyan choccies (ummmm - lucky lady - we've got a box at home, but I've gone off chocolate so oh is munching them)
My new 'stop me feeling hungry' food is peanut butter and jam butties (foul I know, but they do the trick.

I can see how chocolate spread is possibly taking it too far though. Have you tried peanut butter on a celery stick, now that is also tasty - and one of your five a day
The problem was the chocolate spread and jam, I don't like the 2 together. I don't like chocolate and fruit together.
