Does eating a guliyan chocolate seashell really count as nut??!! I've just eaten 4 then realised they contain hazelnut.....is that bad?! too yummy to stop........

You only need to avoid nuts if you or your OH have an allergy. I have been eating nutella and peanut butter like its going out of fashion!
I also read some research saying since pregnant women were advised to avoid nuts there has been a massive increase in nut allergies because babies are not getting immunity to them in the womb.
By the way very jealous you have seashells, soooo yummy!!

it's the biggest box ever aswell!! I haven't been too paranoid about nuts but generally avoiding them if it's obvious they are in it......so as I was muching my way through the box and read hazelnut had a bit of a freak!!! but not enough to stop me having another!!!

I know some people poo-poo research from certain newpapers so I found the same information from 3 sources...

I've read too to only aviod eating nuts if there is an allergy in the close family, so I'm sure you'll be ok with 4 guliyan choccies (ummmm - lucky lady - we've got a box at home, but I've gone off chocolate so oh is munching them)
My new 'stop me feeling hungry' food is peanut butter and jam butties (foul I know, but they do the trick.

I have been eating them almost every day for weeks arls, I even added cheese once which was surprisingly nice but then I went too far adding chocolate spread so I went back to just jam and peanut butter.

Peanut butter and cheese sarnies are fab Miss I! Hubby introduced them to me when we first got together... have eaten quite a few since I got my bfp!
I can see how chocolate spread is possibly taking it too far though. Have you tried peanut butter on a celery stick, now that is also tasty - and one of your five a day

I don't like celery which is a shame that would be a great way to eat more fruit and veg lol.
The problem was the chocolate spread and jam, I don't like the 2 together. I don't like chocolate and fruit together.

I am not a huge fan of chocolate and fruit either, those chocolate covered raisins are just not right.
