Hi all! ve been issued a section 21 by my landlord with the eviction date of 9th feb. I’m a single mum and I currently live in a house share with my 5 month old baby. So it’s not the ideal situation anyway but am on the council list. The council have told me to find private rented accommodation which I have tried to do but i am really struggling as my credit rating is so poor and no one wants to be my guarantor! (I messed up majorly with credit in my younger years) im just really stuck in what to do as the council just keep fobbing me off! Any advice on what I can do?

Hi the council will try and fob you off but they have a duty of care to you as you have a small child. On the day of eviction you should contact the council show them the eviction notice and they will have to find you somewhere to stay xx
