Hello again Ladies.....

Just wondered i am making a shepherds pie tonight, i use to put wine in with the onions is it still ok to use wine i cant remember but i think the alcohol burns off just wanna check.

I have just doubled checked with my OH who is a chef - and you are fine as it will definitely burn off as the others have said
