God i feel 80yrs old!!! My hips both ache like mad when im in bed, cant sleep that well. Dont know whether its the bone or muscle i cant tell. As soon as i get up and about they fine.
yes, unfortunatly! iv had it since being around 13 weeks PG and it got realy worse, im 38 weeks now and it so bad i wake crying every night and a simple walk to school put me in agony, i was diagnosed with SPD. This may not be the case for u but might be worth while getting it cchecked with MW or GP . hope this helps xx
Yes! from when i started sleeping on my sides at about 20 weeks. i bought a big pregnancy pillow about 4 weeks ago, and while it hasn't taken the problem away completely, it's nowhere near as bad as it was. i got this one on the recommendation of folk from this forum:

it is pretty big, and it took a few days to get used to it, but now i absolutely love it. there are various other smaller ones on the market as well.
