We had a tomy carrier with ds (can't remember which one though!) and it was really uncomfortable. It felt like there was no support and all the weight hung off your shoulders. Not good! We've just bought a babybjorn active and although it's not been tested out with a baby in it, it feels so much more substantial and like it will support in all the places it needs to.
