Horrible head cold =(

And I feel bloody awful.
Found out I'm not allowed to use Sinex, and obviously cant take any strong pain killers, hopefully it'll pass soon!:\(

its hard when you can't take much- how about paracetamol and a bowl full of hot water to sniff?

Ive found nice hot baths help, but more than one bath a day is a wee bit strange, is it not? haha
