Trapped wind!

Last night I had ferocious trapped wind that woke me up $:\$ (

Any one have any tips for getting rid of it? I'm on all bran and pears at the moment!

Hi hon,
Go over on to all fours with your forearms resting on the floor and your head down and rock gently back and forth, that should shift it!
