Pepperoni during pregnancy - advice please!

Hi ladies, so I am totally freaking out (worry wart as usual!). I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant. My husband and I went to Prezzo this afternoon and I ordered their vesuvio pizza which has pepperoni on it. It wasn’t until I was half way through eating it that I realised you aren’t supposed to eat cured meats like pepperoni! I stopped eating it but now am sat worrying myself sick about it 😫 I will ask my GP surgery about it on Monday when they open but was wondering if people thought this would be ok? 😢 thank you in advance!
