Maternity Leave start date

Hi ladies,

Happy New Year!

Now we’re in 2019 (yay!), i’ve started to think about maternity leave and when I should plan for it to start! 

I know on average babies are born after 38 weeks, but I’m thinking i should have a week or two to rest before then. Not sure yet though.

Has anyone else started thinking about it? What’s you plans?

    Hi BeingBella,

    I'm going to try to hold off until the baby decides to come, that way I'll have more time off with the baby. Although, your plan doesn't seem like a bad idea, a week to get things in order and rest up is a pretty good idea!
