Champneys Pampering Kit

Hi - did anyone send off for the free pampering kit I think it was in the Sept issue? My cheque was cashed on 1st Nov but not rec'd pack yet so have called Champneys and someone will call me back later. Just wanted to know if anyone else had problems? Thanks xx

    Just in case anyone is waiting for their free pack - I got a call back, they were surprised how many replied, expected about 500 and got over 2000 so there has been a delay but they should all be sent out by 1st Dec. xxx
