  • Now I’m a new mum, to treat myself, I enjoy the little things in life. Wether it be going out for lunch with friends or just sitting on the sofa with a cup of tea, cherry bake well and my favourite drama. I’m in the process of booking a spa day for me and my mummy friends. That will be a rare but well deserved treat for us!

  • Now I'm a mum, to treat myself I allow myself an hour or so "me" time each week.  I work 4 days a week (full time over 4 days), travel alot with work, am doing a degree and it seems to fall to me to keep the house tidy 🙄🤔 (fairly sure hubby glazes over when I remind him where the washing machine is!)

I really hate travelling for work as I miss my boy so much, so after we've facetimed each other, I run myself a bath and relax.  I then do a face mask, nails, moisturise etc (I actually use cocoa butter!  I had a free sample in a pregnancy pack and have been hooked since! It smells divine!)

If I don't get time to have the bath and pamper, I'll use hotel time to do an hour or two studying in my degree, then I let myself watch an episode of my guilty pleasure - Run Paul's drag race!

  • As a new mum I treat myself by having A nice soak in a bath with music on the iPad once little one is in bed and twice a week I get the dad to watch baby while I let off some steam and gain some endorphins by going for a nice long run. I also eat lots of cake!

  • Now that I'm a new mum, I trust myself to visits at the local cafes. I walk around until the little one is asleep and then sit down for a coffee or hot chocolate and sometimes a piece of cake. Me time!

  • A brisk walk with a talking book. As a mum to 2 small people I miss reading and exercise, (trying to read a text while rushing with the buggy doesn’t count) By the time all the jobs are done there was just no time left for a gym class and every time I tried to read I fell asleep! So now I take myself in a nice walk with a talking book, exercise and a good ‘read’ all at once!

  • The things you’d take for granted pre-baby become massive treats post-baby. So simply running a bath, popping in some oils and slowly sipping on some irish cream are moments I relish (even if it is only for half an hour!)  I also use to love watching the latest films and so going to baby cinema now is a real treat, especially as I make sure to take in a big coffee and some cake for extra indulgence!

  • i make time each night to sit and surf the net, catch up with pals and enjoy a nice hot bath

  • It really is the simple things in life since becoming a Mum, things I used to take for granted....like having a long relaxing soak in a bubble bath or sitting on the sofa with a cuppa and my favourite magazine.

  • I go out for lunch with a friend every week, and I get an hour to myself each neat for a soak in the bath.

  • Catching up with friends is really important and my treat

  • I love to enter a few competitions and dream of romantic places to visit

  • I go running three times a week with a friend, enjoy a bath with candles and try and socialise with friends at least once a month!!

  • Now i'm a mother I try to find time to have a relaxing bath with bubbles and music to wind down after a busy day.

  • I treat myself to a monthly wax and massage which like for a hour and a half of me time x

  • Once my husband is home I love a few minutes to myself having a bath....I buy different products to try out and appreciate  having time to pamper myself.

  • Now that I'm a new mum, I really celebrate my evening cup of tea with my husband when the little one is asleep.

  • Now I'm expecting baby no. 3, I treat myself to a rest/nap while my twin toddlers are napping. I also enjoy entering competitions to relax and unwind after the girls are asleep.

  • Snatching a cup of tea or a hot bath were my treats

  • Having a little bit of time for yourself , and catching up with your friends is very important

  • nice catch up with my sister
