  That's awful! Of course that little girl will think plastic surgery and so on are 'the norm' with a family like that..

  Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of mum would want that for their child? A child of that age needs to know that it's what on the inside that counts. Little girls need to be little girls! I wouldn't even consider that a "birthday present" for an 18 year old! It is absolutely outrageous!!! If Poppy is a "normal child" then she should be allowed to live as a child. Breast enlargements are NOT normal!
