I have also seen a new book called "The Mother of All Journeys: coming to terms with having a baby" by Helen Bells which is the author's account of her struggle with postnatal depression and how she overcame it. Really interesting and would be a great help to anyone who is struggling and not coping, help them to see they are not alone.
