I have been having acupuncture for 4 months to sort out my hormones/periods and general well being and i love it!i have seen so many positive changes since starting; my periods have better blood flow and are regular, not painful anymore, also i am getting the proper symptoms of ovulation now whereas i wasn't before, i sleep better and along with hardly any alcohol and a vastly improved diet i feel great. I would definitely recommend to anyone ttc. My therapist is amazing at guiding me through each cycle and is really pleased with the progress and the positive changes that have happened. I really think it helps towards ttc especially if you are about to embark on fertility treatment to get your body in the best shape it can be - which is why i started having acupuncture and im sure my body is in the best shape it can be to help the medicine work.
