My baby girl has slept on her front since 6 weeks, the only way she has more than an hour at a time (strong Moro reflex). She sleeps in a basket next to me, I hear every murmur and she is fine. She was CS and so very snorty and noisy on her back, plus uncomfortable. Good baby sleep = mummy getting some rest so better parent IMO
