Talkback: What's the best feeding routine at 6 months?

Replies

  • At 6 months your baby can eat everything you eat with the only exceptions being honey, whole nuts & runny eggs. If doing BLW try to give whatever you're eating at your mealtimes so your baby has an experience to eat a variety of different food. Give different things every day, imagine how boring it would be to eat the same things every day!! I loved weaning my daughter, gave me the opportunity to start eating food I've never eaten myself like all kinds of different fruit & veg & to be extremely healthy.
