  Roast Lamb with roast potatoes ,mashed potatoes, peas, carrots,sweetcorn ,yorkshire pudding, gravy and mint sauce. For dessert Simnel cake Ice Cream.

   I cook at Easter whatever the kids current favourite meal is! That's currently chicken wrapped in bacon, so I'm not sure yet how I'm going to do that next weekend. I'll have to get creative. We love an old fashioned simnel cake though.
