Unless you normally need extra lubrication for sex then I would say don"t bother. It's just a sperm friendly option if you do need some extra help on that front.
i dont need lube to be fair but with all the good reviews i read i thought i would try it, one of the times i used it though it seemed to dry really quick and it burned a bit whilst DTD, but the rest of the times it was ok x
