Does it look positive or am I just seeing things?

Hi so I tested yesterday afternoon and thought I could see a pinstripe line and turned the contrast up (the photo is the original test) and it got stronger. Just wondering if it's my eyes playing up because I'm supposed to wear glasses or if you guys could see something as well? I retested but got negative this morning so I'm not sure
