6 weeks 2 days but cramps and slight bleeding

am 6 weeks 6days pregnant...had a private scan 3 days ago faint heartbeat now I got cramps and slight bleeding trying to stay positive

Unfortunately I had a miscarriage two weeks ago...physical feeling ok just drained and tired

Oh I’m sorry to hear that. Is it your first MC? I have just had my second and it doesn’t get any easier. Really hope you’re ok

I guess it’s good to get back into a work routine, it is hard though isn’t it, carrying on as ‘normal’.
