Has anyone heard of the nub techs

i sent my early scan to them....more for a bit of fun to see what the predict baby number 6 will be for me. I have 4 boys and 1 girl...would be nice to have another girl but they think Ramzi suggest boy number 5. I don’t understand Ramzi at all but wondered if anyone has used them before.
