10 yr old girl with little lumps behind her nipple

Hi my daughter is 10 yrs old and is feeling little lump behind  the right nipple. What can be the reason.

    This is likely just hormonal and the lumps are breast buds, which means she is very early on in development - this could come with some soreness in her breast area too. Nothing to worry about - also the breast buds can come up and go down, so don't be surprised by this.

    But why it is on one side only

    Because they come up and go down - it's likely it will happen on the other side too, but one is just ahead of the other.
