Pregnant after miscarriage

I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant after conceiving straight after early pregnancy miscarriage. I grieved so much for the after I Miscarried & still makes me sad thinking about everything I missed out on. I know I’m lucky to be able to be this pregnant so quickly but I feel absolutely nothing towards this pregnancy. I don’t know why. I’ve tried getting excited but I’m just so empty. I just don’t know what to do now
