Questions about possible implantation

My cycle is usually 25-26 days. I had very light spotting late Saturday (8dpo). I put a tampon in after thinking I started my period early but there was no blood that Sunday morning. My spouse and I had sex Sunday (9dpo) afternoon and very light blood was present after. I haven’t had any signs of a period other than my face breaking out and no blood until today, Thursday (13dpo) which is one day before my period is due. It came after my spouse and I had sex. It was very light but the discharge/blood was brown and watery.

Has anybody on here had this happen?
Could this be implantation bleeding?
