possible misscarry

can anyone explain what this is? I’ve had severe lower stomach pains, and I slept with someone a month ago unprotected. Just worried as to what these are as never seen them before, first one is from today second one yesterday morning

    I hun, to me that just looks like uterus/womb lining being shedded. I had it so many times and it’s completely normal! X
