Baby acne/rash

Hello all, my LO is now 6 weeks old and has had this rash/acne for about a week now. My GP says it's normal but I'm still worrying about it. Is there anything I can do it to help? Thanks in advance xx

It is normal. Baby's skin is super sensitive Nd break out from any touch
