Im due 29th March 09!!! image Hope you will be able to claim up to 3 months after birth like the sure start one though!

    Think its all mums as mums on low income are entitled to a ??500 sure start grant!

    Bloody typical!! I had my baby 4 days ago!! Mind you 190 pound isn't anything really.....I spent 3 times that on the pram alone image

    That is good to know. I am due April 20th and struggerling to find out what I am entilted to now I am not working. I was hoping for the ??500 sure start grant but I recon oh earns too much. What is the limit, does anyone know?? Funny how you can not earn enough to live properly but the government recons you earn too much for assistance at all. The bastards!!! excuse my language, they need to come and live in the real world for at least 6 months and see what we 'average' people actually go through.

    Sorry for rant, feel better for that.

    Good question! Guess we'll find out come April though. I just saw it on another baby site and thought if it is available the ladies on here would like to know about it too! image Its worth looking into though!

    Hey, thats my wedding day!!! Easter Saturday baby, thats brill!!!

    Anyway, i'm due around 24th June so hopefully i'll be in for a bit of extra cash too, thanks for letting us know :\)
