Prolonged implantation spotting

Hi. I spotted some dark and light brown spottings when I wiped after using the restroom and took a pregnancy test yesterday. It came out as positive and I was happy. Now I'm lil anxious that it's almost day four of implantation spotting and small patches of dark  brown blood. I can still see it when I wipe. Should I be worried? My nausea hasn't kicked in but I feel tired and have sore boobs.
