Natural ways to induce labour??

Looking for ideas to naturally induce labour third baby very big and sore :(

On my daughter sex and long walk worked a charm was here 10 days early 😁

    I am a firm believer in nothing helps to induce labour except the medical ways - On my first I tried pineapple, sex, long walks, walking up the stairs sidewards, spicy food, you name it - I tried it.. She was evicted through induction in the end! I believe that when people say "Pineapple brought labour on for me" - it just so happens they happened to eat pineapple lol and chances are they would of gone in to labour regardless lol x
