Teething 2 month old, help?

So I have a two month old who is teething. He’s so niggly and whingy. Is there anything I can do to help him? I give him 2.5ml of calpol every 6 hours but he’s constantly gnawing at his hands, dummy’s and bottles. The dribble is unbelievable.

I feel so helpless as the gels/powders can’t be used until 3 months. He’s only just 2 months old.
