Vomiting at 2 weeks old

Hi I'm new here. 

I just wanted to know if it's at all normal for a 2 week old to vomit. He's also been wheezing. Should I be concerned about this

    Did you see some about this? My baby had that she has a diary allergy and severe reflux.
