  My rhesus is also negative. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I had my anti d injection done when I was  around 28 weeks pregnant that's to protect the baby. Otherwise I cannot give you any more suggestions. Blood groups have nothing to do with getting pregnant. All the luck
