My gynecologist told me it s a girl.but that day she told me she had hand pain and barely she had been moved the probe of the ultrasound!

When i look to the pic i am getting a little bit confused.I attached here the 
pic explaining the logic with which i interpreted the image (I have already a boy who was born with small genitalia)
