hi ladies.
i start my antenatal classes tomorrow and was wondering how many of you have been going or plan on going on your own. My partner is working an so cant attend them at 1030am. Also have you found them helpful etc??

    You can always take a friend, just so you have a partner there for some support. x

    I'm going tonight! So excited! Taking my hubby asit starts at 7pm! Bit nervous that it will be embarresing if we have ot practice positions or breathing! Eeek! Will let you know how I get on.

    Mine also start tomorrow @ 10am... I am quite nervous as I don't know what to expect. OH is off this week as we are decorating the flat so I'm dragging him along. x
