Positive pregnancy tests while experiencing period like symptoms

I had taken numerous positive pregnancy urine tests prior to my missed period and throughout. I am now experiencing pregnancy like symptoms (bleeding and cramping) but am still getting positive urine pregnancy tests. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if there is a chance I am still pregnant? Thanks!
