Cryptic pregnancy

Hello, I’m after some advice please. Myself and my partner were trying for a baby at the beginning of the year for a few months and then back in may my periods changed completely. I went to the doctors as it took about 3 months for me to have my period which was unusual as I was always quite regular. I had a blood test which came back negative and then had a pelvic ultrasound which I thought I saw something but the person who done my scan didn’t say anything. All my results came back normal. The past couple of days I have felt some movement in my stomach but I’m not sure what it is. It might just be something of nothing but my periods are still very irregular and aren’t completely normal. I don’t know if I should book to have a private scan done because if I am pregnant then I would be about 24/25 weeks but I don’t want people thinking I’m weird or crazy
