Are Things starting for me?

Hi ladies. Im 37+4, past few days had constant back ache and shooting pains down below and upper thighs, also some irregular on/off period type pain. I went to see the midwife just over a week ago and she said baby was engaged and right down, do u think things are starting for me?

    ooh it sounds like something is happening your body prepar you for labour at least ....thanks for replying to my posts ill stop asking you now or i might set your labour off with my whinging lol x x x
